I've worked in the NHS for over 30 years as a nurse, trainer, clinical researcher, clinical supervisor, clinician and clinical manager. I provide an integrative approach to assessments and ongoing counselling. I see people for short-term focussed interventions and longer-term therapy depending on client needs. My core clinical trainings are humanistic, systemic and cognitive behavioural therapies with further training in cognitive analytic and mindfulness models I'm a Chartered Psychologist & Associate Fellow with the British Psychological Society and a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council. I adhere to the BPS and HCPC code of ethics and practice. As part of my professional development I attend regular clinical supervision and short courses.
