I believe psychotherapy is a conversation which helps us to live a better life.

It is a space in which we can usefully examine ourselves, our relationships and our experiences.

Psychotherapy lets us do this at our own pace, in the company of a person who is not directly involved in our day-to-day life.

As a starting point, I offer a free assessment to explore your situation, get a feel for what it will be like to work together and to answer any questions you have. This is always a very open conversation with no expectation or obligation.
