Before training as a psychotherapist, I worked in a variety of settings which include CAMHS, (Child and Adolescent Mental Health) residential children's homes, private psychiatric adult and adolescent wards. My experience in these settings supported my decision to train as a psychotherapist and has helped shape my work and approach as a psychotherapist. I currently offer online therapy for a wide range of issues including Anxiety, Depression, Relationship difficulties, Loss, Separation, Bereavement and Trauma. You may also want to take up therapy as a way to support your self development and to gain a deeper awareness. I am registered with Bupa and Aviva.
