I understand health as a state of well-being, of balance, of harmony between the various aspects that are part of our being: physical, psychological, social and spiritual.  I truly belive in the human  ability to change, as well as in the individual responsibility of being the best version of ourselves.

My goal is to help you develop your personal strengths and abilities, helping you create new ways of life that are more satisfying, and thus improve your quality of life.

My psychological approach is integrative, that means my practice is nourished by different therapeutic perspectives including Psychodinamic, Gestalt, EMDR and Positive Psychology.

I have been working with adults for 17 years, combining psychological theory and research with counselling to offer practical support for mental health and life issues. I can help you with bereavement, anxiety,  traumas and relationship issues.

I have lived in 3 different countries (Colombia, Spain and UK), so I have personal as well as professional understanding of the ups and downs of living abroad. I am able to help clients to develop coping strategies to handle overwhelming disorientation, the questioning of their own values, beliefs, self-identity, extreme loneliness, loss of self-esteem and depression and feelings of astonishment related to cultural shock.

One of the activities that gives me the greatest satisfaction is teaching, which has led me to participate in numerous workshops, lectures, seminars, I enjoy writing articles and publications, mainly in the field of migrations.
