Join us for a new iteration of our deep work sessions for writers series. In today’s over-distracted world, creating the time for deep work can be difficult. Writers know that “the book won’t write itself” but often find it difficult to find the discipline to create uninterrupted mindfully present writing time.

The rules are simple: mobile devices are left outside - laptops are allowed, but wifi must be turned off. After a brief welcoming, we will quietly write, simply supported by others quietly writing around us.

These deep work sessions will be run by Sebastian Kola-Bankole. Sebastian attended our first series of Mindful Deep Work for Writers in the Autumn of 2018, and was inspired by the amount of creative work he was able to get done. Sebastian has now been invited to run his own group to allow more people access to these safe, relaxing but successful sessions.

parallel group also runs on Fridays (2-5pm) and is facilitated by mindfulness practitioner Paul Christelis. These work sessions are free to members of Stillpoint Spaces London. Non members may join for £18.50 a session, or a package of all sessions for £150. Membership of this group is limited to 8, so please book early.

The workshop will take place weekly on Tuesdays, from 10am-1pm.

Dates:

5.2.19, 12.2.19, 19.2.19, 26.2.19

5.3.19, 12.3.19, 19.3.19, 26.3.19

2.4.19, 9.4.19

This workshop is ideal for those who wish to commit to all 10 sessions.
