9:00 am - 12:00 pm EST
Weekly 3-hour writing sessions at Stillpoint Spaces London Library starting Friday 12th Oct and finishing Friday 14th Dec.
In today’s over-distracted world, creating the time for deep work can be difficult. Writers know that “the book won’t write itself” but often find it difficult to find the discipline to create uninterrupted mindfully present writing time. Stillpoint Spaces London is going to create that time for you.
This workshop is ideal for those who wish to commit to the full run of sessions.

Men and Midlife: Crisis or Opportunity?
Approaching midlife can fill us with dread and fear. But what are we really so scared of? Approaching midlife can provoke a great deal of questions, and many men at this stage in life are looking for answers. How can we find them to better meet the challenges of this life transition? In this reading group, we will explore these questions and more with the help of James Hollis’ book Living an Examined Life: Wisdom for the Second Half of the Journey.

How might different theoretical approaches and modalities integrate embodiment into clinical practice and supervision? Join us for a live supervision experiment in which five highly experienced psychotherapists demonstrate their understanding and practice of embodiment in connection to intersubjectivity, projective techniques, movement, identity and heritage, and spirituality.
